In Advanced Programs Aero Design, you will contribute to the invention and development of next-generation military propulsion systems by defining and delivering integrated aero solutions that support national defense and future mission needs. You'll work on advanced aero concepts for augmentors and exhaust nozzles, helping mature innovative designs that meet demanding customer capability requirements. As an Edison Works Aero Engineer, you'll gain experience creating "air solid" CAD models in NX, generating meshes in Ansys Workbench, and performing analysis and post-processing using Ansys CFX and Fluent for non/reacting and reacting combustion flows. You'll also collaborate across a highly integrated team of mechanical, thermal, performance, and survivability engineers to develop optimized solutions for some of the most advanced propulsion challenges in the industry. Qualifications/Requirements: * Minimum 3.0 cumulative G.P.A. on a 4.0 scale without rounding
* Attending a full-time registered and nationally accredited bachelor or graduate program (accepted majors are listed below)
* Reliable transportation, as many of our sites do not have public transportation available
* Due to the nature of the duties of this position, this role requires the individual to have an active security clearance at the SECRET level. Degrees accepted: * Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering
