Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Senior Application Support professional. The role involves acting as a senior Support L2 team member with responsibilities including managing major incidents and supporting critical business users in the Treasury and Financial Resources sectors.
Responsibilities:
• act as a senior Support L2 team
• handle major incident in an analytical way along with change at a global enterprise level
• support the critical Treasury/Financial Resources/Liquidity business users
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of application support experience
• Advanced level experience in an Application Support role
• Experience in trading desk/Liquidity and stakeholders management
• Technical skills such as UNIX
• Technical skills such as SQL
• Basic JAVA knowledge
• Hadoop knowledge
• SSIS knowledge
• Ability to handle major incidents in an analytical way
• Experience with change at a global enterprise level
• Support for critical Treasury/Financial Resources/Liquidity business users
