SKILLS REQUIRED

5+ years of experience in Banking Technology, Application Support, Production Support, or Business Analysis roles.

Hands-on experience with FIS IntelliMatch (iMatch).

Strong understanding of Reconciliation Operations and Change Management processes.

Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Knowledge of IT Operations standards, monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
