Job description

The Sr. Professional, Product Strategy & Integration Business Planner for Jeep is responsible for orchestrating and synchronizing all cross-functional product activities across the Jeep vehicle portfolio. Reporting to the Jeep Brand Product SVP, this is a critical, high-impact role that enables effective management and alignment of complex, cross-functional product initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a central integrator, ensuring alignment between product strategy, execution, and launch readiness. The position drives executive decision-making by synthesizing complex inputs, assessing product proposals, and leading coordinated review processes across the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Product Coordination, Integration & Governance
  • Lead and coordinate all transversal product activities across the Jeep portfolio, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Act as the central integration point for transversal product initiatives, dependencies, and timing across multiple vehicle programs
  • Own and coordinate key product milestone reviews for all Jeep brand governance
  • Ensure readiness, alignment, and high-quality content for each review
  • Drive follow-ups and resolution of open issues to support decision-making

Product Optimization Management
  • Compile and prioritize all vehicle optimization initiatives across programs
  • Develop clear, executive-ready summaries of trade-offs, benefits, and impacts
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment to enable timely decision-making
  • Evaluate product proposals, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, financial targets, and customer value
  • Develop and articulate data-driven counterproposals and alternatives for executive review
  • Highlight risks, opportunities, and implications to support informed decisions

Launch Readiness, Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Lead the coordinated tracking of Product Execution Requests (PERs) tied to product actions approaching launch
  • Work with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure all product actions are completed on time and meet quality standards to support dealer order availability
  • Identify risks to launch readiness and proactively drive mitigation actions
  • Facilitate regular product dashboard updates in collaboration with product managers, ensuring accurate and timely visibility into portfolio status
  • Track and consolidate annual product accomplishments, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and value delivered to support executive communications and performance reviews

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Planning, Engineering, Program Management, or related areas
  • Strong ability to lead without direct authority in a matrix organization
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment and integration

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Automotive product experience, ideally within SUVs or off-road segments
  • Experience balancing technical feasibility, cost targets, and customer value
  • Strong storytelling and governance preparation skills
