Brayman Construction Corporation in Erie, PA is looking for a dependable, full-time Project Manager - Heavy Civil to oversee construction projects, collaborate with clients and project teams, monitor project performance, and support employee development. Key Responsibilities for Project Manager:

  • Manage heavy civil construction projects from initial planning through project completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and productivity objectives.
  • Coordinate daily activities with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and project owners.
  • Administer project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related records.
  • Monitor project costs, schedules, productivity, and overall progress to ensure operational and financial goals are achieved.
  • Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to clients, and resolve project issues efficiently.

Qualifications for Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Five or more years of project management experience in heavy civil, infrastructure, or deep foundation construction.

This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
