Provide Construction Project Management services to include construction contract administration, project management, customer service, and project development.
Coordinate sub-contractors, material suppliers, and UNMC Shops to assure that quality, budget and schedule requirements are met.
This position is essential to UNMC, as it supports the effort to provide the highest quality education and research space for students, faculty, patients, guests, and staff.
