Position Title: Project Manager
The Project Manager role presents an opportunity for individuals seeking to advance their careers in project management within the industrial sector. This position focuses on managing water treatment and wastewater treatment projects, where the impact on community infrastructure is significant. Candidates will engage in a dynamic work environment that requires flexibility and adaptability, particularly when coordinating multiple projects. The role demands effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors. Ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in project management and a desire for professional growth within the organization.
Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE
Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee one or more projects, each focused on electrical systems in water treatment plants
  • Manage project budgets ranging from $2M to $50M
  • Execute projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to schedules and costs
  • Coordinate procurement, field operations, and client communications
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Lead meetings with owners and utility coordinators
  • Mentor Project Engineers and support team development
  • Negotiate change orders and manage additional work
  • Ensure project safety, quality, and production standards are met

Project Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience managing direct reports
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial settings
  • Project list required upon application
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in water treatment or wastewater treatment
  • Utility, power, SCADA, or controls project experience is preferred
