Job description

 Duties/Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor application health
  • Respond to tickets from ticketing system and other stakeholders
  • Monitor defect management queue and drive resolution   
  • Provide status update in daily stand up calls
  • Publishing of a weekly, monthly application health status
  • Support administration of user privileges, user creation and role management
  • Performing root cause analysis of production issues and publish to stakeholders
  • Guide external resources on prioritizing tasks to support project
  • Implement, publish, and updating production support documentation and processes
  • Post-Production support (Production launch support as required)   
  • Work on minor bug fixes or enhancements as required
  • Perform audit reviews with deployment team and plants to ensure system quality
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or other degree in Information Technology
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • 2+ Year(s) of relational database/SQL experience.
  • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Experience in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Snowflake (Data Warehousing), Python, integration tools and code migration is preferred.  If not these tools, similar tools required
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Presentation skills
