Job description

 
Exiger is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, governance, and hands-on administration of our ServiceNow environment. This role will oversee the platform's development lifecycle-from design and implementation to optimization and maintenance-ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with Exiger's business needs and technology roadmap. The ideal candidate is both a technical leader and a strategic platform owner, capable of translating business objectives into scalable ServiceNow capabilities.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules including TPSM, SPM, and SOM.
  • Define and maintain platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and releases while minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across IT and business workflows.
  • Mentor and guide administrators and developers supporting the platform.
  • Monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain system documentation.
  • Establishes and enforces governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for the platform. 
  • Operationalize business requirements within the platform with along with strategic roadmap planning
 
 
Preferred Certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Highly Preferred
  • ITIL Certification - Preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Optional
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Optional
 
 
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing or developing within enterprise ServiceNow environments.
  • Deep understanding of TPSM, SPM, and SOM modules.
  • Strong technical foundation in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience defining platform roadmaps, governance, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed
