Purpose and Impact

La tache principale inherente a ce poste consiste a operer les differentes machines de production telles que l'encaisseuse, l'etiqueteuse, la soutireuse et la machine a enfuter.

Etre en mesure d'operer toutes les machines de la production (classes A et B), de l'enfutage et de l'assainissement;
Effectuer les ajustements de base sur les machines afin de demarrer la production et en assurer sa continuite;
S'assurer que les machines sont fonctionnelles en tout temps en surveillant les matieres requises dans chaque machine (ex : etiquettes, bouchons, etc.) et en ajouter au besoin;
Aviser immediatement le superviseur de l'empaquetage ou de l'entretien lorsqu'un probleme survient sur l'une des machines;
Remplir des rapports quotidiens sur des donnees relatives a la production sur chaque machine;
Effectuer les tests de qualite de la production;
Effectuer la lubrification de certaines pieces d'equipement et executer certaines taches d'entretien preventif de base.
Participer/implanter les projets d'amelioration continue, le 5S, les projets speciaux et en assurer le maintien;
Former le personnel aux differents secteurs de la production;
Selon les besoins, effectuer les remplacements sur les differents postes de production, incluant l'enfutage, lors de periodes d'absences incluant les vacances, les repas, les pauses, etc. et pour permettre les activites de formation, amelioration continue ou projets speciaux;
Peut etre transfere au quart de nuit/fin de semaine pour travailler avec l'equipe de l'assainissement;
Peut etre transfere au quart de nuit lors du demarrage et de l'implantation du 3eme quart de production;
Toutes autres taches relatives a l'operation des machines pouvant s'averer necessaires et demandees par le superviseur;
S'assurer que les machines sont operees de facon securitaire et que le lieu de travail soit propre et securitaire;
S'assurer que toutes les politiques de la compagnie et les procedures de Sante et Securite soient respectees;
S'assurer que toutes les procedures d'operations des machines soient respectees.
Se conformer aux normes de salubrite alimentaire requises pour le poste et signaler les non-conformites
Toutes autres taches connexes
EXIGENCES :
Detenir de l'experience comme operateur de machines;
Maitrise de toutes les machines d'operation a l'embouteillage & enfutage (classes A & B);
Connaissance des standards requis en production;
Connaissances informatiques de base;
Posseder un D.E.S. ou l'equivalent;
Avoir le souci du travail bien fait, le sens des responsabilites, etre positif, dynamique et organise;
Travailler de maniere securitaire et ordonnee;
Etre disponible sur tous les quarts de travail;
Aptitudes pour former les gens.
Reussir le test d'aptitude mecanique.
