We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Leasing Manager to join our team at our property located in Austin, TX 78739

Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieve targeted occupancy levels for the property
  • Work with Property Manager and Regional Manager to coordinate property marketing plan

· Greeting, qualifying and closing prospects by taking phone calls from prospects, scheduling appointments, qualifying prospect on type, size, price and amenities available, show unit or model and tour the property, use closing techniques and follow up with a phone call.

· Ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner

· Review and approve lease applications

· Develop a good rapport with residents and assist in resolving resident problems.

· Plan and coordinate budgeted resident events and activities.

· Prepare resident fliers for distribution.

Minimum Qualifications

An ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

· Three years of experience as a Leasing Manager in the Multifamily industry

· Solid sales and customer service skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Active listening skills and willingness to learn

· Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

· Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Strong computer skills

· Bilingual

Preferred Qualifications

· Knowledge of One-Site software
