As a Plastipak Warehouse Area Leader, you will assist in leading Material Handlers to move a variety of finished good plastic containers for leading brands.   • Set Schedules: 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!

You Will
  • Be responsible for the efficient performance of all phases of Storage, Shipping and Receiving operations.
  • Direct the work of the Material Handlers.
  • Act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedure manual.
  • Clean & maintain equipment to assure optimal operating performance.
  • Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide variety of training & on-the-job experiences.

You Have
  • Ability to work 5:50pm - 6:05am on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat. This equates to 2 weekends per month off with a 3-day weekend
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Leadership, hi-lo, manufacturing/logistic operation ability. This can be experience gained through paid or unpaid work
  • Able to use soft skills with direct reports, excellent communication skills, etc.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
