POSITION SUMMARY
The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual is also responsible for counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. These Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all duties as assigned.
Schedule: Every other Wednesday and Thursday, 9A - 9P and Friday and Saturday, 6A - 6P
As part of our logistics and operations team, employees will work collaboratively to manage the movement of pump deliveries and returns across multiple dock locations on campus.
Responsibilities include:
  • Locating and unloading pump deliveries from pallets and crates using pallet jacks and power tools.
  • Scanning deliveries using company-issued devices and transporting them to designated laydown areas.Identifying return items, preparing them for shipment by crating and palletizing, scanning them, and staging them for pickup.
  • Handling small parts and processing returns using the work computer system.

This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to operate basic tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Equipment Operation
• In performing assigned duties, the equipment used can include, but is not limited to, a pallet jack.
• Associates are responsible for the upkeep of equipment and reporting of equipment problems.
• Associates will operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner and follow prescribed work methods.
• Maintenance
• Perform or assist in building, grounds and equipment maintenance as assigned.
OTHER DUTIES
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Work overtime as dictated by business whether mandatory or voluntary.
Education and/or Experience
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Other
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.
