Summary
About the Position: This position is located at Army Health Clinic, Moncrief, Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

Duties
Help
  • Processes and handles materials as they are received.
  • Assists with unloading, stocking and delivering medical supplies as they are received to the facility.
  • Uses device scanners to preform inventory procedures and/or digitally receiving items in a system of record.
  • Delivers packages to external units and departments.
  • Operates government delivery vehicle (no more than two axles).

  • Physical effort required is continuous standing, bending, lifting, and walking. Performs work on hard surfaces. Frequently lifts items weighing up to 30 lbs, and at times, may lift heavier items with assistance of weight handling equipment or with assistance from other workers.
  • Works both inside and outside subject to heat, cold, damp, drafty, or poorly lighted areas. Work maybe dirty, dusty, and greasy. Frequently exposed to the possibility of cuts, scrapes, bruises, abrasions, aid falls. May be subject to exposure when working with hazardous materials. Requires the use of protective clothing such as safety shoes, hardhats, gloves, etc.
