Job description

Wilson Southern Renovations, LLC is looking for skilled and dependable installers to join our team on a base housing remodel project at Ft. Campbell near Clarksville, TN.

We take pride in delivering top-tier construction services for military installations — and we’re looking for professionals who share our commitment to quality and precision. You will be Working as part of a small crew and reporting to the Site Supervisor, this role demands precision in measurement and adherence to safety standards to ensure high-quality results.

Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply. You will be working directly with a Bilingual (English/Spanish)-speaking project supervisor.

Project Details:

  • Location: Ft. Campbell (near Clarksville, TN)
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Access Requirements: A base gate pass is required. Non-U.S. citizens must have a valid work visa. Additional details provided upon application.

Installer Responsibilities:

Vinyl Siding / Gutters:

  • Measure and cut siding/gutters to fit designated areas
  • Install vinyl siding and gutters
  • Follow specifications, blueprints, and quality standards
  • Maintain tools and work areas

Framing / Insulation:

  • Build, repair, and modify non-load-bearing interior/exterior walls, using wood studs and sheathing.
  • Cut and tightly fit insulation rolls into wall cavities and ceilings

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with materials, techniques, and tools
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Install siding materials on residential buildings
  • Perform framing tasks with accuracy and craftsmanship
  • Take precise measurements to ensure proper fit and alignment
  • Handle and manage construction materials efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations on site

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in carpentry
