You Are:

A skilled OneStream Integration Consultant with a blend of EPM functional knowledge and deep technical integration expertise.

You design and implement reliable, accurate, and high-performance data integration solutions connecting OneStream XF with enterprise ERP, GL, and financial systems. You ensure data flows accurately across the financial technology landscape while collaborating effectively with finance, IT, and source system teams.

You mentor junior developers, drive platform best practices, and work closely with solution architects, functional leads and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality EPM solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.

The Work:

  • Design and build end-to-end data integration solutions between OneStream XF and upstream/downstream financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, etc.).

  • Develop and configure OneStream Data Management workflows including Import, Export, Transform, and Consolidation sequences.

  • Build Transformation Rules, Data Blending profiles, and Quick Views for automated data loading and extraction.

  • Develop custom integrations using REST APIs, web services, and file-based exchange (CSV, XML, JSON, flat files).

  • Design data mapping and transformation logic to align source system data structures with OneStream cube dimensions.

  • Implement and maintain scheduled automation of data loads using OneStream Workflow Scheduler and third-party tools.

  • Collaborate with ERP and source system teams to understand data models, extract mechanisms, and change management impacts.

  • Monitor integration job performance, identify failures, and implement alerting and error-handling mechanisms.

  • Perform integration testing, data reconciliation, and validation across financial periods.

  • Document integration architecture, data flows, mapping specifications, and operational runbooks.

  • Support hypercare and post-production integration stability, resolving issues during close cycles.

  • Use considerable judgment to determine integration solutions and seek guidance on complex problems.

  • Adapt existing methods and procedures to address moderately complex integration challenges.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and functional leads to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.

  • Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, effort estimation, and proposal development.

  • Support technical aspects of system integration testing (SIT), UAT, and go-live support.

  • Develop and maintain technical standards, coding guidelines, and solution documentation.

  • Evaluate and implement OneStream Marketplace solutions and partner extensions.

  • Use considerable judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance on complex technical problems.

  • Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to complex technical challenges.

  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.

  • Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience designing & building end-to-end data integration solutions between OneStream and external data source systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Snowflake, etc.) leveraging Rest API and/or SIC

  • Minimum of 3 years experience performing data transformations: Data Source Complex Expressions, Transformation Rules, and Derivative & Conditional Business Rules

  • Minimum of 2 years experience documenting data & system architecture

  • Minimum of 1 year experience troubleshooting & remediating data integration performance issues, identifying failures, and implementing alerting & error-handling mechanisms

  • Minimum of 3 years experience reconciling & validating data integrations (target to source)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating with Solution Architects, functional leads, and client IT teams to translate business requirements into technical designs

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if:

  • You have experience in one or more of the following industries: Industrial Manufacturing/Automotive, Energy, Consumer Goods, Retail, Public Sector, or Banking.

  • You experience developing business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, dashboards, and quick views in OneStream.

  • You have experience designing OneStream Planning and Financial Close and Consolidation modules.

  • You have experience with Master Data Management (MDM) practices

  • You are proficient in C#, XML

  • You have experience with advanced OneStream capabilities; Sensible AI, CPM Express etc.

  • You have completed any advanced OneStream courses

  • You have experience with OneStream modules (SML, People Planning, CAPEX, Thing Planning, etc.)

  • You have experience designing and/or developing solutions with similar planning and analytics technologies such as Oracle/Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc.

  • You have obtained OneStream XF Developer or Integration Certification

  • You have proven success in contributing to a collaborative environment

  • You have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • You have a desire to learn modern technologies like AI/ML and how they augment EPM

  • You have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
