We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Technical Lead / Solution Architect to design, build, and lead enterprisegrade applications and extensions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role involves handson development, solution architecture, integration design, DevOps enablement, and technical leadership across SAP and nonSAP landscapes while adhering to Clean Core principles.

Responsibilities:

1. SAP BTP Application Development & Extension

  • Design and develop scalable applications and extensions on SAP BTP using:

    • CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model

    • SAP Fiori / UI5

    • SAP Business Application Studio

  • Lead development of cloudnative, eventdriven, and multitenant applications

  • Implement reusable services and APIs aligned with SAP best practices

2. Integration & API Architecture

  • Design and implement integrations using:

    • SAP Integration Suite

    • REST, SOAP, and OData services

    • SAP API Management

  • Enable secure communication using:

    • OAuth2, JWT

    • XSUAAbased authorization models

  • Integrate SAP BTP solutions with S/4HANA (Cloud & OnPrem) and SAP LoB systems (C4C, Ariba, Concur, etc.)

3. EventDriven & Workflow Solutions

  • Design asynchronous and eventdriven solutions using:

    • SAP Event Mesh

    • Workflow Management

    • Business Rules Service

  • Architect looselycoupled systems that improve scalability and resilience

4. DevOps, CI/CD & Quality Engineering

  • Establish CI/CD pipelines using:

    • GitHub / GitLab

    • Jenkins or SAP CI/CD service

    • SAP Transport Management Service (TMS)

5. Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor development teams

  • Conduct architecture and code reviews

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams:

    • Basis

    • Security

    • Integration

  • Drive Agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban

  • Act as technical advisor to stakeholders and business teams

  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday with occasional site visits
