Job description

Target and develop new sales leads focused on UHNW, RIA, and Multi-Family Office channels
Partner with senior distribution leaders to qualify and drive progress on leads generated throughout the organization
Develop and maintain relationships with independent RIA practices, advisor teams, and end investors
Provide real-time feedback from prospects and clients to refine narrative and product offerings
Contribute to thought leadership and marketing content, translating product and tax concepts into advisor-friendly materials
Take ownership of CRM and pipeline management, providing actionable insights and helping drive tactical and strategic decisions
Track and report on pipeline activity and conversion metrics; flag friction points and propose process improvements
Work directly with the Head of Distribution and broader Glidepath team

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in wealth management, ideally at an asset manager or an independent RIA
  • Track record of success in direct client engagement — advisor-facing, investor-facing, or both
  • Detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to build, follow, and improve process
  • High energy and ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong visualization and PowerPoint skills a plus
  • Must obtain Series 7 and 63 within 6 months of start date
