Title: Senior IT Developer/Application Developer Description:
  • Top 3 Required Skills & Experience Minimum 7 years of IT development experience supporting enterprise systems and processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed recommendations across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of IT project delivery methodologies. Experience in the health insurance industry is essential. Required Technical Skills & Responsibilities Proficiency in Java, JEE, Angular, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database. Develop and maintain enterprise applications using a disciplined development process. Integrate solutions with external platforms and create data extracts and reports based on business requirements. Design, execute, and document unit test plans; support testing across the SDLC. Identify and document technical requirements; create and review technical design specifications. Lead deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes to production environments, ensuring readiness and compliance with version control and deployment procedures. Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Evaluate new application packages and tools; research and recommend best practices and solutions. Provide production support, troubleshoot existing systems, and implement maintenance updates. Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to enhance application performance. Document system functions, changes, test results, and error handling procedures.
