Job Description:
Responsible for development, configuration, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow for enterprise IAM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•       Develop and configure SailPoint components (LCM, certifications, roles).
•       Onboard applications, build connectors, and customize workflows/rules.
•       Integrate SailPoint with AD, LDAP, databases, cloud, and SaaS systems.
•       Troubleshoot provisioning, connectors, certifications, and lifecycle processes.
•       Support IAM operations, audits, compliance, and documentation.
Required Skills:
•       3–7+ years IAM experience; 2–5 years SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow.
•       Strong Java/Beanshell scripting and SQL skills.
•       Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SailPoint connector frameworks.
•       Hands-on application onboarding and identity lifecycle management.
Preferred Skills:
•       Knowledge of Okta, Ping, Azure AD, SSO/MFA, and cloud IAM.
•       Understanding of SOX, NIST, ISO standards.
•       SailPoint certification (nice to have).
Soft Skills:
•       Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork.
