Community Construction Group, LLC. is seeking exceptional Construction Superintendents to join our team! As a General Contractor licensed throughout the Southeast, we specialize in the construction, renovation, and restoration of multi-family properties. We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to our clients, providing world-class service and unmatched expertise in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • Perform and oversee specified scope of work.
  • Travel to project sites throughout the Southeast.
  • Work with project management in the timely completion of construction projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Assist with obtaining necessary permits, and verify licenses, insurance certificates and reports necessary for commencement of division projects.
  • Review plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs and subcontracts to ensure the work performed complies with the project documents.
  • Create daily construction reports in Project Management software (Procore).
  • Assist in the collection and execution of required close-out documents.
  • Work with leadership to monitor and improve systems and procedures.
  • Complete all tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering high-quality work products.

What you need to succeed:

  • Ability to travel is REQUIRED
  • Multifamily new construction experience a plus
  • Relevant work experience in the construction industry is required. Multifamily renovation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain construction schedule and manage project costs according to budget for each project.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must work well independently or in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), time management, organizational and problem-solving skills required.
