What you'll do:
  • Work with managers to discuss needs and build rapport
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules
  • Interview applicants on consistent set of qualifications
  • Document findings
  • Aid in the new hire process
  • Join weekly video meeting to assess state of recruiting in the region

What you'll need:
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven success as a staffing recruiter preferred, hospitality field a BIG plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Word/Excel - intermediate to advanced skills
