Master Appliance Repair Technician

We provide the steady jobs, parts, and support — you focus on quality repairs and great customer service. Flexible scheduling available Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional weekends based on business needs.
We are seeking a well-rounded technician experienced in refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves who can lead a team and provide expert support when needed.

Job requirements:
  • Complete Appliance Repairs with the highest standards
  • Train, Consult, Lead and Schedule a team of technicians to work efficiently with all customers.
  • Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly to and from customer locations
  • Attend annual Workshops for professional development for you and your small team.
  • Achieve your annual labor goal and your team’s annual labor goal
  • Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards 
  • Complete all required Training Certification and OEM/brand technician training 
  • Update work order status in a timely manner  
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an appliance repair technician, including sealed system proficiency 
  • EPA (refrigerant handling) certification is required 
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and industry diagnostic and repair equipment (Volt-ohm meter, Amprobe, CO detector, etc.) 
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with 5-10 years of driving experience 
  • Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in the customers’ homes 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (if necessary)
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Proficient in ServiceDesk or similar reporting systems
