Description
  • Apple Packer
    The Apple Packer rotates through a variety of general labor tasks in the production area including, but not limited to:
    1.) Packing apples into trays, boxes, and bags;
    2.) Sorting;
    3.) Keeping the floors clear of culls and debris;
    4.) Repackaging; and
    5.) Bagging
    A packer must be able to:
    1.) Work quickly and efficiently with both hands
    2.) Classify according to size and color
    3.) Detect defects
    4.) Learn apple grades per line and box
    5.) Work in a fast-paced environment
    Physical requirements:
    • Stand for all working hours
    • Be flexible with work hours (It's possible we may work 10+ hour days, Monday through Saturday!)
    • Be able to lift 10-12# throughout the day

    Compensation and benefits:
    $17.13 to start
    Optional benefits (after the applicable waiting period) include medical, dental, vision, long term disability, 401k plan with match, PTO, and paid holidays.
