As an IS&T SAP Engineering Project Manager, you'll be right at the intersection of technology and business. You'll help bring projects to life by capturing requirements, planning timelines, supervising progress, and partnering closely with engineers and multi-functional teams. 3+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience or experience in a related SAP enterprise systems role, supporting one or more of the following areas: O2C, P2P, R2R, SD, FI, and MM.Bachelor's degree or higher in a business, finance, technology (STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), or other similar field of study.
Business acumen, with an understanding of how core business processes-such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations-are supported and integrated through enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).Hands-on experience with enterprise solutions such as Vertex tax, revenue recognition, SAP BRIM, warranty and repair management, and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems.Experience working in cross-functional SAP environments, partnering with business, engineering, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable enterprise system solutions.Exposure to SAP implementation efforts across one or more modules, including participation in various phases of the SDLC such as requirements gathering/blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, through full or partial lifecycle and smaller project initiatives. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, including an understanding of its architecture, Fiori user experience, and key functional differences from ECC, is highly valued.Exposure to SAP BTP, including AI and Generative AI services such as BTP AI Cloud.Proven ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, take ownership of projects, actively contribute to team success, and approach problems with creative solutions.Integrity and respect for confidentiality.A self-motivated, curious, resourceful, and innovative teammate who actively seeks to understand how things work, adopts new ideas and technologies, and brings a dynamic, adaptable, and growth-oriented outlook to solving real-world challenges in a continuously evolving environment.Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust, influence partners, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
