Job description

Role: MDM Administration
Location: New York City, Ny (Onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Field MDM Engineer to join our NYC team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong system administration expertise who is also comfortable providing hands-on field and desk-side technical support. The engineer will be responsible for managing endpoint environments, supporting end users, and maintaining local office technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage MDM and endpoint engineering activities including:
    • Building deployment profiles
    • Packaging applications
    • Managing automated OS patching
  • Provide physical field support by:
    • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues
    • Delivering desk-side support to local users
  • Maintain zero-touch deployment solutions using:
    • Apple Business Manager
    • Microsoft Autopilot
  • Handle Tier 2/3 escalations involving:
    • Operating systems
    • Networking issues
    • Software troubleshooting
  • Support and maintain local office infrastructure including:
    • Conference room AV setups
    • Printers
    • Basic networking hardware

Required Skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in:
    • MDM Administration
    • Desktop Support
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Apple macOS

  • Hands-on experience with:
