Responsibilities:

  • Control the status of instruments in the customer’s database and manage the tracking of instrumentation.?
  • Apply comprehensive inventory management knowledge to provide logistics management, calibration resource tracking, scheduling and forecasting of project needs.
  • Manage inventory within the reservations system
  • Enter/Create work orders
  • Coordinate with customer based on needs?
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems.
  • Physically inventory client assets.

  • Associate’s Degree or higher/equivalent Military training or previous experience in inventory management or related fields
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail is a must.
  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and Apple: Pages, Numbers and Keynote
