With a commitment to innovation and functionality, our passionate team strives to meet the needs of dancers, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts worldwide.


Description:

We are seeking a Part-time Production Associate to support our custom apparel operations with Jo+Jax Teamwear. Responsibilities include supporting our Production Manager with the custom apparel production process, operating machinery, and maintaining quality control. The role requires efficient handling of production tasks, ensuring products meet our high standards, and adapting to dynamic production demands.


Location: Pleasant Grove, UT

Job Type: Part Time (20-30 hours/week)

Pay: $15-$18 hour depending on experience


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in custom apparel manufacturing, machine operation and familiarity with production technologies is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able stand for long periods of time, to lift up to 50 lbs, operate hand carts, dollies, etc.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to our Production Manager to assist with all apparel Production such as Vinyl, Heat Pressing, Embroidery, DTG, etc.
  • Sorting, Counting, and Quality checking custom apparel
  • Packing and preparing customer orders for delivery and shipment.
  • Maintain a clean warehouse and workspace.
  • A positive team player who wants to learn and grow with Jo+Jax Custom Teamwear.
