The Role:

We're looking for a detail oriented and proactive Associate Product Developer to support product development across all of our categories, both our existing lines and the new programs we're bringing to market. You'll work closely with Design, Production, Merchandising, and Sourcing to bring product concepts to life, helping ensure every product meets our high standards for comfort, quality, and cuteness.

What you'll do:
  • Support the product lifecycle from design handoff through final production approval across all categories
  • Support development activities, including PLM updates and sample tracking
  • Partner with Sourcing on fabric and raw material sourcing across existing and new programs
  • Assist with supplier development and onboarding as new categories and fabrics come online
  • Support costing and landed cost comparisons that inform program decisions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain the development calendar and ensure key milestones are met
  • Communicate with overseas vendors on sample updates, material requests, and product revisions
  • Attend fit sessions and document fit notes, approvals, and changes
  • Support lab dip and strike off submissions and track approvals
  • Organize and maintain development records, prototypes, and sample libraries
  • Partner with the Product Development Manager on vendor scorecards and pre production readiness
What you'll bring to the team:
  • 3+ years of experience in apparel product development, children's and sleepwear experience is a plus
  • Experience working with overseas vendors
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, and trims
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple styles and timelines
  • Proficiency in Excel, PLM systems is a plus
  • A team player attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Nice to have: Experience working with licensed products or managing licensing requirements
  • Extra Bonus Points: Bilingual in Mandarin or Vietnamese
