Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Developer who has proficiency in developing native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.



Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Calgary is CAD $75k โ€“ CAD $80k/year & benefits (see below).



The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications that meet the needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of mobile apps.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development technologies and trends.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed mobile applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for mobile development.


Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Swift or Kotlin for iOS and Java for Android
  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and software design patterns
  • Experience with mobile app design, development, and deployment
  • Knowledge of mobile security best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in mobile app development
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, successful mobile apps
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with mobile app testing and quality assurance processes
