Job description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Developer specializing in Java to join our client's team in a leadership capacity. This role is designed for a strategic and innovative professional who can drive development initiatives, oversee technical solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will play a key part in advancing our client's technology solutions and operational objectives.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Mentor and guide development teams, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Review code and technical documentation to maintain standards and optimize performance.

  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Java development and related technologies.

  • Support project planning, prioritization, and delivery to meet organizational goals.


Required Qualifications



  • Extensive experience in Java application development, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, best practices, and version control.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring development teams.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
