The RoleWe're looking for seasoned, product-minded Senior Software Engineers to help us continue to add value-driving new features for both customers and dealers, scale, refactor, and extend our platform for exponential growth. You'll work across the whole stack with high-agency, owning new features from design to production release.
You'll Work On- Designing and building secure, scalable backend APIs and services
- Developing and maintaining modern web applications used by customers and internal teams
- Improving performance, reliability, and maintainability as the platform scales
- Integrating with third-party services and internal systems
- Contributing to architectural decisions, refactoring efforts, and technical direction
The work is a mix of building new features, extending existing functionality, and modernizing/refactoring code as we scale.
Requirements
Must-haves
- Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, Entity Framework Core, SQL, Domain-driven design, event-driven architectures
- AI-optimized SDLC - we pride ourselves on our leading-edge, prudent, secure use of the latest AI-fueled tooling, guided by pre-AI software engineering design principles. You should have an opinionated AGENTS.md
