What You'll Do
  • Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
  • Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
  • Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
  • Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
  • Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
  • Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
  • Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

What You Bring
  • Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
  • CPR/AED certified (required)
  • 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
  • Proven success in client results and team mentoring
  • Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
  • Sales and field marketing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
