Job description

Job Title: Senior IT Product Owner APO Demand Planning and IBP
Location: Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI (3Days onsite)
Duration: 03+ Months
Required Skills

  • Strong experience with enterprise Demand Planning, Forecasting, IBP/S&OP solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SAS Viya preferred; experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder/JDA, Logility, OMP, or SAS Visual Forecasting will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, demand sensing, hierarchical forecasting, MAPE/WMAPE, bias, and forecast value add
  • Experience delivering at least one full demand planning implementation or major upgrade from design through go-live/hypercare.
  • Knowledge of forecasting methods and KPIs such as MAPE, WMAPE, Bias, and Forecast Value Add (FVA).
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, Agile backlogs, platform lifecycle, vendors, and TCO
  • Experience with ERP/data warehouse/cloud integrations, APIs, batch interfaces, and job scheduling.
  • Strong Product Owner/Product Management, Agile/SDLC, stakeholder management, and project leadership experience.

Preferred

  • Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or global manufacturing.
  • SAS Viya, IBF, APICS/ASCM, CSPO/SAFe, or PMP certification.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform and modern analytics/data platforms.
