  • Position is full-time, in-person
  • 4-dayworkweekwith average patient volume 15-17 PPD(4x10s), with alternate schedule options available
  • NO CALL.Outpatient care only.

QualificationsRequired Education/Experience:
  • Masterโ€™s degree, equivalent education, or higher degree from an accredited APN/NP program is required.
  • Holds and maintains without restrictions a Colorado license to practice as an APN/NP, DEA license to prescribe medication*, Life Support certification (BLS at minimum).
  • *if the APN/NP has provisional prescriptive authority requiring an articulated plan it is the responsibility of the APN/NP to alert the CMO and Quality director of such and to actively participate in meeting related requirements.
  • Maintenance of Continuing Education as required by your APN/NP credentialing board and state medical board.
Preferred Education/ Experience:
  • Two years of related experience as an APN/NP
