The Role:

The Accounting Manager ("AM") is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence core financial operations while gaining exposure to deal activity and firmwide initiatives. This role is primarily on-site (4-5 days/week), enabling close collaboration with leadership and deal teams.

Core Responsibilities:General Ledger & Accounting Operations
  • Transaction Management: Responsible for reviewing and posting accounting transactions to the GeneralLedger.
  • Reporting & Closing: Manage the period-end closing process and develop internalreports.
  • Special Projects: Participate in, support special projects, and other duties asassigned.
Accounts Payable
  • Vendor Management: Oversee invoice processing within the procurementsystem
  • Expense & Payroll Management: Oversee expense reimbursement process and review/approve payrolltransactions.
  • Asset Management: Manage the firm's property and equipmentrecords.
  • Lease Accounting: Review lease agreements and manage lease accounting in accordance with ASC842.
Accounts Receivable & Revenue
  • Invoicing: Manage the monthly client invoicing process, including bespoke invoicing requirements for engagement teams.
  • AR Monitoring: Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and interface directly with banking teamsandclients.
  • International Operations: Manage the firm's international process for cross-bordertransactions.
  • Expense Analysis: Analyze deal expenses across all industrygroups.
Job Specific Competencies, Education & Experience:
  • CPA or progress towardcertification
  • Must be able to obtain a FINRA Series 99license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relatedfield.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong preference for public accounting and/or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams with responsibility for performance, development, andoutput.
  • Systems proficiency with ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion experience, aplus).
  • Strong analytical mindset and researchskills.
  • Knowledge of foreign currency transactions and translation adjustments,preferred.
  • Understanding of internal controls and compliance with regularity requirements is aplus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective communicator who can partner with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, includingseniorprofessionals.
