Job description

This is a direct-hire (W-2) role with a flexible hybrid schedule in Nashville, TN.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement electrical designs for control systems in the material handling industry
  • Use AutoCAD Electrical to create accurate designs according to customer requirements
  • Perform I/O (input/output) checks, configure devices, and assist in functional testing/troubleshooting
  • Assist with the creation of training material
  • Travel as needed (~10%)


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical design or controls engineering
  • Skilled in AutoCAD Electrical
  • Industrial control panel, electrical system, and/or custom automation solution design experience
  • Able to read electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule in Nashville, TN
  • Material handling industry experience is a plus!
