Certified Apartment Staffing

Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Make-Ready Technician for an apartment community in Slidell!

MUST HAVE APARTMENT MAKE-READY EXPERIENCE

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has previous hands-on experience turning apartments and can hit the ground running with minimal training.

Responsibilities

  • Complete apartment make-ready and unit-turns
  • Paint, patch, caulk, and touch up apartments
  • Replace blinds, doors, hardware, fixtures, and other apartment items
  • Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Complete punch-list items
  • Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents
  • Ensure apartments are completed according to property standards
  • Assist with general maintenance duties as needed

Requirements

  • MUST have previous apartment/multifamily make-ready experience
  • Hands-on experience turning vacant units
  • Strong painting and drywall/patching skills
  • Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
  • Able to work independently and complete turns efficiently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Dependable and hardworking
  • Must be able to start ASAP
