About the AP Administrator Role

The AP Administrator will support full‑cycle accounts payable processes while collaborating closely with the AP team and cross‑functional departments. The AP Administrator will play a key role in optimizing workflow efficiency, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.

Responsibilities of the AP Administrator

The AP Administrator will:

  • Participate in routine activities related to P2P (Procure‑to‑Pay) functions.
  • Perform invoice processing tasks including document accuracy review, GL coding, approval routing, and 2‑ or 3‑way matching of high‑volume vendor invoices.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in partnership with procurement or operational teams.
  • Reconcile vendor account balances with monthly statements and follow up as needed.
  • Assist with various accounting functions, audits, and special projects.
Minimum Qualifications for the AP Administrator

The AP Administrator should have:

  • At least 3 years of high‑volume accounts payable experience; a degree is preferred but not required.
