Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Coach - Anytime Fitness Encinitas
Location: Encinitas, CA
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Are you passionate about helping others live healthier, stronger lives?
Anytime Fitness Encinitas is looking for an enthusiastic, certified fitness professional to join our growing team! Whether you love one-on-one coaching, leading high-energy group workouts, or both - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
  • Design and deliver customized 1-on-1 personal training sessions
  • Lead fun, effective small group training classes (2-10 people)
  • Build genuine relationships with members and help them set & reach goals
  • Track client progress and keep them accountable
  • Collaborate with our team to create a high-energy, positive gym environment
  • Participate in community events, challenges, and outreach to attract new members
  • Option to specialize in stretch therapy, athletic performance, weight loss, or strength training
Requirements:
  • Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
  • CPR/AED certification
  • 6 months+ training experience preferred (group or personal)
  • Positive, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for fitness
  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
