Job description

As a Personal Trainer/Coach at Anytime Fitness, you will work closely with clients to create personalized fitness plans and provide coaching to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness consultations, including pre-participation screening, medical history reviews, lifestyle assessments, and goal-setting.
  • Design individualized workout programs based on each client's needs and goals.
  • Monitor clients’ form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness during workouts.
  • Guide clients in the proper use of cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength-training equipment.
  • Utilize body scan technology and accurately interpret results.
  • Provide nutritional coaching (certification provided by Anytime Fitness).
  • Collaborate with the membership sales team to support and promote club memberships.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gym environment.
  • Stay current with certifications and continuing education in the fitness industry.

Requirements:
