Schedule: 9am to 6pm with an hour lunch. You will be answering the phone from 4:30pm to 6pm. 

Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Phone Answerer & Filing Assistant to support daily office operations. This position involves answering incoming calls, taking messages, assisting customers or clients professionally, and maintaining organized filing systems. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Making calls to customers to have them complete surveys
  • Direct calls to appropriate staff members
  • Take accurate messages and relay information promptly
  • Greet visitors and provide basic assistance as needed
  • Organize, file, and maintain paper and electronic records
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist with office organization and administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
