Duties
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle insurance verification and billing processes
- Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth flow of patients

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office role
- Knowledge of medical administrative support and patient service systems
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in using phone systems and eClinicalWorks software (or similar electronic medical record system) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work in different practice locations if warranted

The successful candidate will have a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work in either office location (Fredericksburg and Stafford)

Education
- Graduate of a certified medical office training course preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent required
