Job Description:

  • Develop Strength and Durability of vehicle bodies, closures and components by combining finite element analysis, multibody dynamic simulation and fatigue analysis.
  • Work with cross functional groups to meet project milestones and targets.
  • Determine physical phenomena based on test results, measurements or simulation results to determine best structure or simulation method.
  • Work with related groups to develop light weight structures that meet durability, strength and other requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • 2-3 Years of experience in reliability simulation (Body, Closure and Chassis) using Finite Element Analysis, Multibody Dynamics, Fatigue
  • Demonstrated Teamwork and leadership capability
  • Enthusiasm
  • Experience in fatigue, mechanics
  • Need experience using Nastran Abaqus and Ansa
