micro1 is engaging expert Video Annotation professionals to contribute to a project focused on reviewing and annotating videos of robotic arms performing designated tasks. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement centers on precise video review and annotation according to detailed grading guidelines. High attention to detail and a strong sense of self-organization are essential, and a background in AI training projects is highly preferred.


Scope of Work

  • Review video footage of robotic arms executing assigned tasks to identify key actions and outcomes.
  • Apply detailed grading guidelines to accurately tag and annotate events within the video sessions.
  • Utilize video annotation tools and platforms to record structured observations and support data labeling efforts.
  • Collaborate with project trainers and other contributors to resolve ambiguities and ensure annotation consistency.
  • Document findings and submit annotated datasets in alignment with project standards and milestones.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and insights promptly using both written and verbal channels as required.
  • Participate in ongoing quality reviews to maintain high annotation standards and address feedback.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with video annotation, data labeling, or similar data-centric annotation projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and tagging visual data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
