Job Title: AI Content Solutions Executive (Hunter + Closer)

About the Role
We're looking for a smart, curious, and persuasive AI Content Solutions Executive - someone who can hunt for new opportunities in the AI space and close strategic partnerships with teams building the next generation of language, vision, and multimodal models.
At C8C, we help Fortune 500s, AI labs, and startups collect and label the custom content they need to train high-performing, ethical, and scalable models. You'll be at the front lines of this AI revolution - and your work will shape the future of what machines understand.
What You'll Do
  • Identify and reach out to prospects building GenAI, speech, CV, or search models
  • Understand their data and content needs (e.g., synthetic training data, STT, labeling, QA)
  • Pitch our data collection, annotation, or evaluation services
  • Build tailored proposals with help from solutions and ops teams
  • Close deals and grow accounts
  • Build relationships with AI product leads, researchers, and data buyers
  • Represent the company at events or in thought leadership, if desired

• What You Bring
  • 2-5 years in B2B sales, ideally selling services into tech, AI, research, or localization
  • You know how to find the buyer, ask the right questions, and land the deal
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, training data, or ML pipelines a plus
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable managing both outbound prospecting and closing
  • Bonus: You've worked at or sold into LXT, Appen, Scale AI, Sama, Surge, etc.

Compensation
  • Base: $60,000
  • Commission: Uncapped - 10-15% on closed deals
