Job description

The Opportunity We're assembling a small team of German-speaking psychologists to help evaluate and improve how AI systems handle complex mental health scenarios. Your clinical expertise will directly shape how these tools respond to real psychological challenges. What You'll Do Craft challenging prompts that push AI models to their limits on clinical reasoning and ethical edge cases Review AI responses and flag where they fall short Write expert-level answers that show how it should be done Work alongside other specialists to identify patterns and improvements Bonus points for: prior annotation or AI evaluation experience Hold a Ph.D or Psy.D in Psychology (clinical, counseling, or research) Are fluent in German with strong English Have a sharp eye for clinical nuance and can articulate it clearly in writing Can work independently and move quickly — this is a short, focused project Are available to start soon Fully remote, flexible hours €30 - €45/hour for approximately 40 hours of work A chance to meaningfully improve AI tools used by millions #J-18808-Ljbffr
