Job description

Addis Enterprises is an award-winning design, marketing, and eLearning firm with a variety of high-profile print, video, and web development contracts for businesses, organizations, universities, and state government agencies. Our 16-person team is dedicated to ensuring that everything we produce honors our simple two-word mission statement: “Be Awesome".
Video Production (~50% of role):
  • On-site and on-location 4K video shooting (Panasonic S1H, BS1H primarily).
  • On-site and on-location audio capture (mics, lavs, recorders, etc).
  • Drone capture (if desired/certified).
  • Video and audio editing (including creative decision-making) generally using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Audition.
  • Maintain organized file structures, shared documents, and project spaces.
  • Research and recommend procedures for video production.
Multimedia Development for eLearning (~50% of role):
  • Help develop learning solutions (eLearning, gamifications, animation) in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, using a combination of media and interactable content to maximize engagement.
  • Follow up with team members and subject matter experts to gather task updates and monitor deadlines.
  • Support the Online Leaning Director and Project Manager with scheduling and task prioritization.
  • Use effective time management to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Desired Education:
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred, and/or relevant experience pertaining to the field.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:
  • A solid video portfolio is expected. Can be a combination of student and professional work if early in career.
  • Previous experience in at least some of the equipment and/or software we use is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.

Full-time salaried position. Candidates with all levels of experience will be considered. Addis Enterprises salaries are competitive and calculated with an internal formula that gives credit to education level, years in the field, unique variety of skills, and other factors. Position can be fully in-office, or a hybrid between office and work-from-home with flexible scheduling.
