Job Title: Group Art Supervisor
About the Job:
As Group Art Supervisor, you will lead Art Direction across multiple brands, driving ideation, creative execution, and strategic brand solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain creative integrity and supervise the growth and development of Art team members. You will also oversee the creation of high-quality materials that solve creative briefs, while ensuring quality control and adherence to agency processes and client requirements.
A Day in the Life:
Provide art direction and creative execution across multiple brands, developing bold ideas and managing day-to-day Art needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Project Management, to drive creative vision.
Partner with Copy teams to execute creative approaches, communicating brand personality and messages.
Demonstrate strategic thinking, staying up-to-date on client marketplaces, competition, and marketing objectives.
Maintain strong client relationships through clear presentations, thorough understanding of brand data, and strategic direction.
Manage, mentor, and inspire Art teams, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and overseeing talent management.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications) preferred, with 6+ years of experience in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or Art Direction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in video editing, animation, and 3D program software a plus.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Art and Design principles across channels and media.
Ability to present ideas confidently and passionately, with effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Experience coaching and developing team members, with a collaborative and creative approach to work.
$115,000-$160,000
