Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Video Producer position for our client.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week
Duration: 12+ months, with possibile extension

Duties:

  • Lead video and multimedia projects from initial concept through production, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Partner with marketing, product, communications, creative, and digital teams to translate business objectives and complex subject matter into compelling visual stories.
  • Develop creative concepts, treatments, scripts, production plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Produce content for executive communications, customer stories, product marketing, sales enablement, webinars, podcasts, virtual events, and digital channels.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, production crews, agencies, freelancers, vendors, and other external creative partners.
  • Direct filming and oversee editing, motion graphics, animation, sound, color, and final delivery.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, brand standards, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Establish repeatable production workflows, templates, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and incorporate new production technologies, including AI-enabled video, audio, and creative tools.
  • Track project outcomes and incorporate stakeholder and audience feedback into future content.
  • Participate in onsite filming, production coordination, and stakeholder meetings at the Morrisville office.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in video production, multimedia storytelling, and content development.
  • Experience managing the full production lifecycle, including concept development, scripting, pre-production, filming, editing, and final delivery.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual stories for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects or comparable production tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience managing production schedules, budgets, vendors, and external creative partners.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, livestreaming, webinars, podcasts, or virtual event production preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled video, audio, and creative production tools preferred.
  • Experience developing scalable production workflows or content programs preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in video production, multimedia production, creative services, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading video and multimedia projects through the complete production lifecycle.
  • Experience creating content for executive communications, customer stories, marketing campaigns, product marketing, sales enablement, or digital channels.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate, marketing, or creative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage production budgets, timelines, vendors, and external creative partners.
  • Experience working in a technology or complex B2B environment preferred.
  • Portfolio or production reel demonstrating relevant work is required.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
